Balcony Roses
Yesterday, I refreshed the flowers on my dining room table. It was a joy to go out onto my balcony in the warm breeze and cut a fresh bouquet of fragrant roses. When my garden blooms, it gives me a special kind of joy.
In the morning, I love going to my windows and simply enjoying the sight of my roses on the balcony. When we bought this flat many years ago, one of the benefits was the wraparound balcony. I knew it was a great feature, but I didn’t know the amount of beauty it would hold for me.
Today I thank God for giving me such a beautiful gift that I get to enjoy all through spring, summer, and fall. Every year I also seem to add two more roses to my collection, and somehow I just fit them in.
