end of a work week
Last night’s good sleep has done wonders for me this morning. I am still not myself, but the good sleep has cleared my mind.
I’ve found a supplement combination that helps me. At 7 p.m. I take calcium and magnesium, which has improved my sleep a lot. On nights I forget to take them, my sleep is hindered. This combination also helps me with stress levels. It’s nice to have something that works.
I did manage to forget to take my vitamins this morning and forgot to cook lunch for myself last night. So despite the good sleep, I have no vitamins and no lunch. It makes me thankful that it’s my last day of work.
The end of my workday ended with a headache and a four leaf clover. I’ve been fighting a headache all week, but with stuffy classrooms and trains, the headache won in the end. I still have my Slovak lesson and then family night ahead of me.
