
When Rest is Essential: Taking Time for Myself
After a month of hosting my mom and prioritizing her needs, I’ve realized how much I’ve neglected my own. Now that she’s leaving, I’m taking a much-needed break from social media and daily obligations to focus on recharging. Between migraines and emotional exhaustion, it’s become clear that rest is essential for my well-being. This week, I’m stepping back, spending time with God, and allowing myself the space to heal and reflect.
